Yes, but I see no need for this. Pywikipediabot works fine with python
up to 2.6.5, which is available for download at
http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.6.5/ (downgrade) and with
2.5.5 (side-by-side installation), which is available for download at
http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.5.5/ .
The bug has been marked as a security fix (as it can cause segfaults),
which means it will, at the very least, be included in 2.7.2. It's not
clear to me whether there will be an 'official' 2.6.7, but someone
might create a bugfix release for it (for example, Debian).
