Summary: interwiki.py does not recognize all disambiguation pages.
Initial Comment:
There is a problem with recognition of disambiguation pages in interwiki.py
Look at these:
$
python interwiki.py -putthrottle:33 -initialredirect -confirm ...And Justice for All
Getting 1 pages from wikipedia:ksh...
NOTE: ksh:...And Justice for All is redirect to ksh:...And Justice for All (Watt eßß datt?)
...And Justice for All (Watt eßß datt?): ksh:...And Justice for All (Watt eßß datt?) gives new interwiki nl:...And Justice for All
(some "new interwiki" messages left out)
Getting 1 pages from wikipedia:nl...
WARNING: ksh:...And Justice for All (Watt eßß datt?) doesn't seem to be a disambiguation page, but nl:...And Justice for All is one. Follow it anyway? ([y]es, [n]o, [a]dd an alternative) y
In fact, ksh:...And Justice for All is a redirect, and not a disambiguation, but the redirect target ksh:...And Justice for All (Watt eßß datt?) is a disambiguation page. Only interwiki.py seems not to have recognized that.
Maybe, the problem is related to the -initialredirect directive here, but that is a mere guess.

In vls wiki articles with db are disambiguation pages.
Please update the disambiguation codes for all wiki languages. It should
not be so hard.

Interwiki links to 'tlh' don't work any longer in wiktionaries. Klingon wiktionary seems to be closed. Interwiki links should be removed.

tlh wiktionary is not closed yet,
_but_ the interwikilinks do _not_ work neither to the Wiktionary nor to
the Wikipedia.
Please see https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9164
The tlh-projects if linked show up in the entry instead of on the left and
therefore breaking the entry.
Please remove tlh.
Many thanks in advance,
best regards.

Re-opening: Interwiki links to tlh: don't work any more, so it's
worse-than-silly to keep them. Please remove tlh from the language list and
add it to the obsolete list.

Summary: Modern skin not usable
Initial Comment:
The MediaWiki skin 'modern' does not have that much HTML cruft around the actual content. Thus there would be a little bit less bot traffic with this skin.
But I cannot use that skin with pyWikipedia! Error message:

Fixed in r5435. Hacked around by forcing bots to use monobook in the
requests ('useskin=monobook'). Will only be properly sorted if screen
scraping is no more.

"Modern" misses several tags that PyWikipediaBot relies on. For example,
the tag <div id="bodyContent"> (e.g. on Whatlinkshere) is important, but
only MonoBook has it.
Of course we could search for other tags that are available in more skins,
but I think it's not worth it, as you seem to be wrong about your
assumption that the "Modern" skin had less HTML than "MonoBook". HTML pages
seem to have about the same sizes with both skins.

Summary: New languages not sorted correctly
Initial Comment:
Some new languages (myv, ext, hif, gan, kaa, mdf, sah, szl and srn) were added in r5440, but the codes were not added in self.alphabetic_revised and self.alphabetic_lb in the file families/wikipedia_family.py, so these languages are not always sorted correctly.
Another problem: As far as I can see, hif, kaa, sah and szl are sorted incorrectly in self.alphabetic in the file family.py. Shouldn't they be sorted as follows?
fa,
hif (Fiji Hindi),
fo (Føroyskt);
pt (Português),
kaa (Qaraqalpaqsha),
crh (Qırımtatarca);
ru (Русский),
sah (Саха тыла / Sakha tyla),
se (Sámegiella); and
sl (Slovenščina),
szl (Ślůnski),
so (Soomaaliga).
I am attaching a patch for family.py. Sorry, no patch for families/wikipedia_family yet.

Hmm, I wonder how many errors there are with previously added languages?
At least stq (Seeltersk) is sorted incorrectly in self.alphabetic and
missing from the other tables.
Does anyone have a sorting order test kit?
