Another mail was sent to this mailing list this morning, by Mehdi Moshkriz. I am not letting it through moderation (though if members want to read it, I will forward it), as the gist of its argument is that we should not listen to Amir S., for he is neither a native speaker of Luri, nor a linguist, and therefore it is no wonder that he doesn't understand Luri. Please stop with this attempt at derailing the discussion and address the real point that he raised, which is: that real Luri speakers he contacted do not identify the content of Northern Luri Wikipedia as Northern Luri.

Dear members of committee

We've answered all questions that Amir asked by firm documents and references. But now we see Amir is trying to change the topic into renaming the lrc.wikipedia.com to lki.wikipedia.com! It's clear that this claim is absolutely wrong because Luri is different from Laki and these two are not the same. At the end, we expect you reject Amir's proposal about Luri Wikipedia according to our clear answers and references.

Well, no. Amir is not "trying to change the topic into renaming lrc.wikipedia.com to lki.wikipedia.com". Please address the actual questions that were raised about the content and the identification of the language. It is not sufficient to say "we gave clear answers and references" when all you say is ...

Considering that Amir Sarabadani's mother tongue is not Luri and Laki is different from Northen Luri and the difference between the two is quite clear and that he is not able to write and read in Northen Luri so he is not able to make the claim they mentioned in their email. , And there is no need to move or do anything else.

...that Amir's points are invalid because he is not lrc-N / lki-N / whatever language this really is - N.

Luri Wikipedia has been the result of the efforts of young people who have no formal or informal educational media to write in Luri in Iran for almost ten years from the time it was created until today, and these young people want to continue working and writing in Luri.

Previously your claim was that Luri Wikipedia is written and / or backed by some brilliant "linguists and professors", who produced "calligraphy training books", now it's only some poor students who are barely literate? Come on.
