thank you for your fast answers I am sorry that I am answering that late, but I was abroad (on a numismatic exhibition) and I was overbooked.

So I am planning to create a new page for the collaboration in Commons, as well as a special category for this collaboration.

I will try to use the templates that you suggest (Template:Artwork), and will prepare a (temporary) template with numismatic parameters as an embedded template in the "description" parameter. It can thus be one day integrated in the artwork template, if necessary. And I will create a template for references, explaining that the information in the template is for the indication of the coins, made by the Society.

You will be welcome to check and review the first uploads according to this collaboration, and return feedback.
