I edited Wikipedia for almost 3 years before I felt confidant enough to
go to any noticeboard at all, not to mention ANI. Still haven't done an
RfC user, and I have had some incredible provocation. Wikietiquette
Alert maybe the kind of first step many would feel comfortable with.
