I mostly focus on new admins and overall numbers of them. My educated hunches are that:

the vast majority of new admins are men
Male admins are disproportionately desysopped
Female admins are more likely harassed off the site.
The last two points largely balance out

But I don't have the stats to be certain of any of that.
