Yeah, this model of Search will have the same problem that we're having with ToC -- how to load topics when you bounce down to a faraway topic and then scroll up. But hopefully we're going to solve that for the ToC. :)

The way I understood the prototype is if you've searched, the board and the TOCĀ  only show topics that match your search; note how the TOC gadget changes to show 3 matches.

If there are dozens of matching topics matching your search then

* the topics will be loaded in batches ("infinite scroll")
* if you bring up thethe "TOC of matching topics", scroll down and click on a topic, then we have the problem of filling in the gap in topics above that topic if you scroll upwards.

We have to solve the same loading issues when you're not in search mode.
