Just wanted to flag for you that Wiki Ed (the organization that runs the education program in the US and Canada) has made some changes to our support structure for next term:

I wanted to head off any other programs from thinking "does this mean we should change too?" by saying it's something that's right for the size of our program and the support we're able to provide from paid staff, but that doesn't mean it's right for your program, too. :) It makes sense for us as an organization with 12 paid staff supporting (likely) more than 100 classes next term, but that's obviously something unique to Wiki Ed and our program.
