For more context: we're changing the behavior of logout. Right now it logs you out of all sessions/devices. In the future, it will apply only to one device/session. 

The question then becomes: should we support a "log me out everywhere" button? Most people on Wikitech so far say yes, and others do this (Facebook, Google, etc.). If so, where and how should it work?
