Well... no we won't. :(
As someone who is working for the Wellcome Trust, I have to say that
they are unusually liberal (compared to other similar organisations)
about copyright - all their data is released CC-BY-NC by default.
However, since much of the data they put out comes from collaborations
all over the world (commercial and scientific), they have to be
careful about commercial reuse. In this case, it might even be more
complicated by the rights of the patients involved.
Belive me, they're trying. But I'm afraid they can't part with the
"NC" easily.
