There are a lot of different license templates that can mark a file as CC-BY, refer to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Free_Creative_Commons_licenses

If you were looking for the generic {{CC-BY-4.0}} you can use the category <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:CC-BY-4.0>

So using the category that 'cats' redirects to, and putting this into catscan gives:

http://tools.wmflabs.org/catscan3/quick_intersection.php?lang=commons&project=wikimedia&cats=CC-BY-4.0%0D%0AFelis_silvestris_catus&ns=6&depth=6&max=1000&start=0&format=html&callback=

To get more, you can swap in CC-BY-3.0 etc.
